Adult standard package $425 (includes medical assessment, fast-track on-line access, chest xray
and blood tests)
Student standard package $400 (includes medical assessment, fast-track on-line access, chest xray
and blood tests)
Under 15 years $300 (includes medical assessment, fast-track on-line access, chest xray)
Under 11 years $200 (includes medical assessment, fast-track on-line access)
Under 5 years old $150 (includes medical assessment, fast-track on-line access)
