• Selecting the right staff with PRE-EMPLOYMENT HEALTH CHECKS. These provide a comprehensive check to ensure you match the requirements of your workplace with the fitness of the prospective employee.

• Improving the overall health of your employees with regular health-assessments and by helping you develop and implement WELLNESS PLANS for your business.

• OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES These will be provided mostly by our partners who are specialised occupational health nurses and physicians. They can provide a full range of risk and hazard assessment, hazard minimisation plans, regular health checks including audiometry and other tailored assessments, and workstation assessments.

• ABSENTEEISM MANAGEMENT AND OTHER WORKFORCE HEALTH ISSUES Our team will help you analyse illness and injury patterns, and help develop specific plan to help reduce the impact of these issues on your work-force. We can also help manage issues relating to specific issues, such as rehabilitation plans, or prolonged or repeated absences.

• Reducing avoidable illness by targeted vaccination programmes such as FLU VACCINATION. We can provide vaccination clinics on site at your workplace, or at our premises in the CBD. We offer a competitively priced service, with discounts for larger group bookings. We utilise registered nurses who are proficient in vaccinations. We carry oxygen and a well stocked emergency kit with us in case of the rare event of an emergency.

• POLICY AND OTHER HEALTH ADVICE This will be provided mostly by our partner Integrated Work Health Solutions who will review your needs and then create plans to prevent illness and injury and to manage specific health issues.  We can assist you with creating a pandemic-plan for your business, and assist with obtaining resources for this, including antiviral medications.
